- Prepare standard & non-standard documentation for SME, Consumer, and Corporate accounts
- Liaise with SECP & registrars for registration of charges / mortgages
- Verify genuineness of title documents and seek Perfection Certificates
- Prepare Documentation Checklists and Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC)
- Maintain security & finance document registers, including safe-in/safe-out logs
- Ensure all insurance policies are valid and backed by original receipts
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
